Dr Enda Murray | Creative Director & Founder Dr Enda Murray is an award-winning filmmaker and has lived and worked in Ireland, England, USA and Australia. Educated at Trinity College Dublin and St. Martin’s School of Art in London, and with a PhD from the University of Western Sydney, his academic and filmmaking practice focuses on community, social justice and popular culture. |
Natalie O’Neill | Communications & Production Manager Natalie started studying photography at 14 years old during high school and holds a Diploma of Photo Imaging from Billy Blue College of Design. During her studies she started exploring videography and has continued to do so since graduating. Natalie also has a strong connection to her Irish heritage and has been involved in the Irish-Australian community for many years. |
Donna Campbell | PR Manager Donna Campbell is a freelance Marketing & Communications specialist with15+ years’ experience in marketing and communications working in Europe and Australia. Donna worked for Tourism Ireland in Germany, France and Australia for a decade and is remembered for being part of the team that organised the first-ever ‘greening’ of the Sydney Opera House in 2010, as well as being instrumental in creating and promoting the Riverdance Flashmob at Central Station, Sydney, which has had over 14 million views on YouTube. |
Deepanshi Yadav | Marketing Manager Born and raised amidst the colorful chaos of Delhi, India, Deepanshi made the leap to Australia in 2022, bringing along a love for fashion, food, and all things fabulous. Before landing Down Under, Deepanshi ran a buzzing marketing agency called Social Bird in India for almost 3 years, working with brands across industries like FMCG, fashion, and tech. From brand strategy and content creation to social media magic and digital ads, her mission was simple: to turn ideas into impact and help businesses shine in crowded markets. It was a wild ride, full of creativity, strategy, and a whole lot of success! Armed with a masters degree in Marketing and Business Analytics from the University of Wollongong, Deepanshi blends data smarts with a flair for the creative. Whether crafting scroll-stopping content or discovering the best brunch spots, she is all about living life in full color. |
Kay Hongxin Peng | Marketing & Sponsorship Intern
Kay graduated from UNSW in 2023 with a degree in Public Relations & Advertising. Her passion for multiculturalism and love for photography inspired her to pursue studies in Australia in 2021. Actively involved in promoting diverse cultures, she volunteered for initiatives such as SAFE Rehoming and The Africultures Festival. Now part of the marketing team at IFF, Kay is dedicated to embracing and promoting Irish culture, contributing to the festival’s mission with growing enthusiasm. |
Emma Dewar | Film, Marketing & Sponsorship Intern Emma is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Media and Communications at the University of Notre Dame Australia, with a major in Film Production. A creative and hands-on person, she has a passion for all realms of production. As DOP, her work has been selected for the Annual Notre Dame Student Showcase at Dendy Cinemas, and her recent directorial debut has received Notre Dame’s Award for Creative Practice. Through her internship with the Australian Irish Film Festival, Emma has gained valuable production experience and a newfound appreciation of Irish culture and films. |
Finbarr Curtis Rock | PR Intern
Finbarr holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney. He is currently pursuing graduate studies in the USA studying the cultural politics of the Irish diaspora. As an Irish-born Aussie, he is very interested in transcultural identity and Irish experiences across the globe. His cultural engagement with the nation of Ireland includes but is not limited to chatting with family, reading Irish poetry, and drinking Guinness. His professional background lies in the PR and Tourism sectors, and he has worked on media campaigns for a diverse collection of products and experiences. |
Shannon Morrissey | Community Marketing Intern
Shannon is a creative soul who grew up in Co.Tipperary and studied English and French in Limerick City. She spent some time singing in jazz gigs, and sharing Irish music written and handed down by family. With a passion for amplifying Irish voices, Shannon works as an overseas publicity and marketing specialist for Menma Books, and takes a deep interest in connecting people through culture, heritage and storytelling. |
Éadaoin O’Reilly | Streaming Manager Meath-born Éadaoin has been working in the film industry for over 10 years. Éadaoin is passionate about working for diversity, inclusion and pay parity in the arts. Éadaoin is keen to share her love of all things Irish – film, language and music with local audiences in Australia. In her free time Éadaoin enjoys the great outdoors and watching The Princess Bride on repeat. |
Shane Dunne | Graphic Designer Shane from Naul, Co. Dublin studied at IADT, Ireland. He has worked as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator, now he is working as a Colour Grader here in Sydney. |
